Rookwood Art & Print
We are a collaborative of artists who celebrate the natural and cultural heritage found in West Wales. We invite art fans to use the discover tab to find artists and their work. We make the artworks available to you as fine art Giclée prints. Use the purchase button on any piece to place an order with us or use the inquire button to find out more about a work.
Orders are printed using state of the art equipment, and mailed within a week. This means that our artists are freed from many of the up-front costs of printing, mounting, distribution and gallery fees. Rookwood Art & Print deducts a print fee and the posting and packaging is paid for by the customer on checkout. This offers a much more favourable business model to participating artists.
For introductions to new participating artists, or for posts showing random new works, use the news page.
Artists and photographers are welcome to arrange high resolution reproduction and digital image curation of their artworks with selective entry into the Rookwood catalogue which will be published and made available each year. See details on the join tab.
Our home is a converted barn on a farm estate near the fishing village of Solva in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. This also functions as a physical art gallery which may be hired for shows of original works by artists and photographers.
Opening times
Opening hours for the gallery are 1pm to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays; and 9am to 1pm Saturdays; Sundays closed. Other times may be arranged by appointment.
We close for Christmas on 14 December – and this is also the deadline for final orders which can be delivered in the UK ahead of Christmas.
We are able to take printing and repro orders under arrangement by telephone during normal office hours, and the website is active for processing online orders.
You are welcome to phone 07815 874811 or email rag@rookwoodstudios.co.uk for arranging private viewings and for further information.
To get to our gallery, just follow the signs off the A487 when leaving Solva for St. Davids.
